Terms & Conditions
1. The ‘MyRewards’ program is only applicable to the in-store from 1st November 2020.
2. You can only acquire or use 'MyRewards' when you make a purchase in-store and notify the staff you are member.
3. Only one MyRewards account is allowed per customer.
4. Any ‘MyRewards’ allocated are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to any other person/account nor exchanged for cash.
5. MyVapery reserves the right to flag up, suspend or delete any account where the account holder is deemed to be abusing the ‘MyRewards’ scheme in any way. This includes but is not limited to setting duplicate accounts.
6. MyVapery accepts no liability for ‘MyRewards’ or loyalty scheme accounts that have been misused by the account holder.
7. ‘MyRewards’ will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.
8. Every customer who registers/has an account at myvapery.ae is automatically enrolled into the loyalty scheme and will begin accumulating ‘MyRewards’.
9. The number of ‘MyRewards’ you have accumulated can be checked within your account under ‘Reward Points’.
10. 'MyRewards' cannot be used alongside other offers and discounts.
11. You will be rewarded with ‘5% on every dirham you spend.
12. These points can only be redeemed on future purchases.
13. MyVapery reserves the right to amend the value of ‘MyRewards’ that you can accumulate as well as the redeem value of these points.
14. MyVapery reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
15. MyVapery reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.
